Order Inquiries

All orders MUST be placed online on our website. Here is the steps to follow when ordering online:

Step 1: Browse item, select size and click “Add to Cart”

Step 2: Click Checkout on the upper right hand corner

Step 3: Please complete the billing and shipping details and select your payment option.

Step 4: Place order.

Step 5: Complete payment.

Step 6: Receive order confirmation email

*PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER TWICE. If you have concerns or if you have to correct your order, please contact us at for assistance.
*Please double check your shipping address before you confirm your order. This is where we will ship your package so it is important to have this information correct.
*Please complete payment within 24 hours after your order or it will be forfeited.
*If you have selected Bank Deposit/LBC Padala, please email us a proof of payment (receipt or deposit slip)at so we can change the status of your order to processing.

Whilst all orders must be placed online, we have an option for you to meetup ONLY for the ff reasons:
1. See the rings in person
2. Fit the rings and find out your US ring size

Please note that you cannot purchase the item during a meetup.

Once you’ve seen the ring in person and found out your ring size, you may then place your order on our website

Zoey Jewelry Philippines do not provide engraving services. You can go to your local jeweler to ask if they can engrave your rings. ENGRAVED RINGS are not covered by warranty.

Zoey Jewelry Philippines sells 2 types of rings: NON-PLATED or PLAIN Titanium/Tungsten Carbide Rings (silver in colour) and GOLD PLATED Titanium or Tungsten Carbide which can be in yellow gold or rose gold in colour.

The term “Gold” Rings can be sometimes confusing to people who doesn’t have much knowledge on jewelry. There are three types of GOLD jewelry: SOLID Gold, Gold FILLED and Gold PLATED. Zoey Jewelry Philippines sells rings that are GOLD PLATED, here is a short explanation to differentiate the three:

Solid Gold: Solid gold is a precious metal that comes out of the earth. It is of course too soft in this state to be used in jewelry so it is usually mixed with copper or silver to increase it’s strength. 14K gold will have more copper or silver mixed in 22K will have less. It is by far the most expensive. Solid GOLD rings ranges from P20,000 and above.

Gold Filled: Gold filled metal is made by bonding a layer of gold, usually 50-100 times thicker than plating, to a base metal, usually sterling silver or brass, using high heat and pressure. This results in a metal that is very durable and does not flake off or rub off. It is much less expensive than solid gold. GOLD Filled ranges from P12,000 to P20,000 per pair.

Gold Plated: Gold plated metal has a thin layer of gold deposited over a base metal. This plating is made by electrically charging the gold to the base metal and is done by placing the base metal into a solution that contains gold and electrically charging it for just an instant. This results in a thin layer of gold deposits to cover the Titanium or Tungsten metal inside. These rings are okay for everyday wear and tear. GOLD Plated Rings are usually the most affordable starting from P5,000 to 9,000 a pair. These rings can last just like Gold Filled rings as long as you take care of them and will give you the luxury of wearing a gold ring without overspending extra thousand of pesos for a piece.

No, Titanium and Tungsten rings are non-pawnable. Only Gold Filled and Solid Gold Rings are pawnable given that they are double or even triple the price of gold plated rings.

Unfortunately we don’t. Zoey is a retailer not a jewelry handcrafter.

We use US ring sizes for all our rings. We recommend you to go to your local jewelry shop and have your size taken by the jeweler in US size.

We do not recommend using a ring chart as this might give you an inaccurate sizing. We recommend you to go to a jeweller to know your US ring size .

Our Tungsten and Titanium rings have Lifetime Warranty every time you buy from our store. We assure you that our rings will not fade if used everyday in normal conditions. We encourage our customers to stay away from chemicals while wearing the ring as fading in this condition won’t be covered in warranty. We only replace rings if we have proven that the ring doesn’t come contact  with chemicals that can react to the ionic plating of the rings such as: lotions with bleaching chemicals, insect spray, liquid bleach or chlorox, toilet cleaners with strong chemicals, etc. The rings are proven not to fade with everyday use with water and soap, but if in the the rare case that it fade in normal wear and tear, we are happy to replace your rings with a new piece.

All factory damages are covered with our Lifetime Warranty. If you notice a factory damage on the ring after buying from us, please contact us immediately so we can send a replacement. Please report it to us by sending us a photo of the damaged ring to our Facebook account or to our email:  so we can assess the problem before we schedule a pickup and delivery of your replacement.(Note: this does NOT include customers who have ordered the wrong size.)

In the event that the customer has ordered the wrong size, there is a 500 pesos handling fee to process the replacement. Please fill up the form: and we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item.

Only rings with factory damages are covered under warranty and can be requested for a replacement. These are the ff:

  • Stones have fallen off in normal conditions
  • Rings have faded in normal wear and tear

Rings that are under these conditions are NOT covered under warranty:

  • Change of mind
  • Customer bought a wrong size
  • Product is not what you expected and wanting a replacement.
  • Stones fallen off because of mishandling
  • Deformation or crack in the ring because of mishandling
  • Exposure of the ring to harsh chemicals
  • Customer had a meetup to see rings in person but complains about the design and wanting a replacement.

However, if the same problem has been happening repeatedly, e.g stones keep falling off after several replacements, will give you an advice how to resolve the issue. If you wish to not follow the advice,  is not liable for replacement of the said item at that point.

We want to give you a peace of mind that you can come back to us whenever there is a problem with your purchase. However, all purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE but rest assured that all your concerns with regards to returns and replacements will be entertained.
